Trophy and Awards Policy

Chase MHA awards trophies and plaques annually to recognize and reward outstanding achievements and service to the youth of Chase Minor Hockey. To recognize changes in division names and to better categorize our winners, Chase MHA has revised our Trophies and Awards.

Affilliate Players

Our Association uses the Affiliate Player Policy to provide more advanced players with opportunities to practice and play at higher levels than they are registered at. This participation is governed by our AP Policy.

CMHA Equipment and Uniform Care

Other than ice time, Uniforms and Equipment is one of Chase MHA's largest expenditures. In order to prolong equipment and uniform life, we have instituted these rules and guidelines that registrants and guardians are expected to follow

Tournament Refund Policy, approved 02-27-25

If, for any reason your team is unable to attend after acceptance, you will need to notify Chase Minor Hockey
immediately.
30 Days prior to the tournament, the entry fee will be returned less $100 admin fee.
After 30 days, 50% will be refunded if another team can be found to be replace. If no team found, no refund will be
forthcoming.
7 days or less. No refund will be forthcoming except in extenuating circumstance and approved by the CMHA Executive.
